Free Claude skills/Founders
Weekly Briefing
A one page Monday briefing from your leads, deals and sales calls: who to chase, where pricing hurts, one focus. A free Claude skill for founders.
A look inside
This is how the skill opens, exactly as Claude reads it. The download has the full instructions, and it is a plain text file you can edit to fit how your team works.
Read the week's sales data and write the one page briefing a founder reads on Monday morning before deciding where to spend the week.
What you need
Any of these, in any format: CSV, JSON, a CRM export, pasted notes.
- Leads: the open pipeline, ideally with a score or stage, the contact and their main problem.
- Deals: recent won and lost deals with price or tier, outcome and the reason lost.
- Calls: notes from recent sales calls with objections and outcomes.
Work with whatever is provided. If one source is missing, write the briefing without that section and say so in one line at the top. If the user wants to try the skill without their own data, use the three files in `examples/` (an invented UX studio called PixelForge) and say that it is sample data.
How to build it
- Read every file before writing. Note the date range each one covers.
- Calculate every number from the data: counts, win rates by tier or price point, average deal size. Show the arithmetic in a table so the owner can check it.
- Cross reference the sources. A lead that also appears in the call notes gets the call's objections and signals. A lost deal that also appears in the calls gets the objection in the customer's words.
- Count an objection only when it was actually stated. Group objections that say the same thing in different words, and name every company behind each group.
- Decide the single most valuable action for this week, and say why in one sentence.
