Free Claude skills/Sales

    Account Brief

A one page brief before any client call: the people, the history, the risks and five questions to ask. A free Claude skill for sales.

    A look inside

This is how the skill opens, exactly as Claude reads it. The download has the full instructions, and it is a plain text file you can edit to fit how your team works.

Turn whatever the user has on an account into a one page brief they can read in three minutes before the call.

    What to ask for

Ask only for what is missing. Do not ask for everything.

    1. Who the call is with: company, the people attending and their roles.
    2. The purpose of the call: first meeting, follow up, renewal, pricing, complaint.
    3. Any history: CRM notes, past emails, the last proposal, call notes.
    4. What the user is selling and what a good outcome looks like.

If web search is available, look up the company and the attendees. If it is not, say so and work from what was given.

    How to build the brief

    1. Read every document before writing. Note dates so the story is in order.
    2. Separate what is known from what is guessed. Mark every guess with "Likely".
    3. Look for the open loop: the last thing the client asked for or the last promise the user made. This is the first thing they will raise.
    4. Write questions that only this client could be asked. Reject any question that would fit every prospect.
