    Take one strong piece of source material and turn it into a set of posts, each built for its channel.

    What to ask for

    1. The source: article, transcript, deck, case study, voice note.
    2. Who it is for and what they should do after reading.
    3. The channels wanted. Default to LinkedIn, Instagram carousel, email and a short video script.
    4. A sample of the user's past posts, if they have one, to match their voice.

    Step 1: mine the source

    Before writing, list what is in the source worth posting. Show this list to the user.

    • The one big idea.
    • Three to six smaller points that stand on their own.
    • Any story, number, quote or example.
    • Any opinion that some readers would disagree with.

    Each post uses one item from this list. Never spread one thin idea across five posts.
