    Meeting to Actions

Decisions, owners, deadlines and a ready to send follow up email from any transcript. A free Claude skill for managers.

    A look inside

This is how the skill opens, exactly as Claude reads it. The download has the full instructions, and it is a plain text file you can edit to fit how your team works.

Turn a transcript or rough notes into the three things people need after a meeting: what was decided, who does what by when, and a follow up they can send in one click.

    What you need

    1. The transcript or notes.
    2. Optional: the attendee list and the purpose of the meeting.

Start straight away. Do not ask questions unless the notes are unusable.

    How to read the meeting

    1. Read to the end before writing. Decisions often get reversed late in a meeting. Report the final position.
    2. A decision is something the group agreed. A suggestion nobody answered is not a decision. List it under Open points.
    3. An action needs a verb and an owner. If no one took it, mark the owner as "Unassigned".
    4. Take deadlines only from what was said. If none was given, write "No date set".
    5. Note anything that was raised and left hanging.
