Privacy policy

Neima provides AI training, consulting and custom AI systems, and is based in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

When you ask for a call or send an enquiry, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address and, if you choose to give them, your company size, industry, area of interest and any note.

When you leave a review, we collect your name, role, company and the review text.

When you book a time, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects the details needed to schedule the meeting.

When you use the live demo on the AI Solutions page, the task you type is sent to an AI model to be mapped. We do not store it, and we ask you not to include names or confidential details.

When you download a free skill or guide, we collect your name and email address and which item you downloaded. You can also tick a box to hear about new ones.

We use your details to reply to you, arrange and hold the call you asked for, and provide the services you engage us for. We publish a review only when you submit it for that purpose.

We do not sell personal data, and we send updates about new skills and guides only to people who ticked the box asking for them. You can stop them at any time by replying to one.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google Workspace (email), Calendly (scheduling) and Anthropic (the AI model behind the live demo). They process data on our behalf, and some of them store data outside Singapore.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed for business or legal purposes.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email deepshikha@neima.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
