Free Claude skills/Sales
Lead Prioritiser
Scores and ranks your leads against your ideal client, explains each score and gives the next action. A free Claude skill for sales.
A look inside
This is how the skill opens, exactly as Claude reads it. The download has the full instructions, and it is a plain text file you can edit to fit how your team works.
Rank a list of leads by how well each one fits the business and how ready it is to buy, so the owner spends this week on the right five.
What you need
- The leads: company, contact, role, and whatever is known about each one, such as size, funding, the problem they mentioned or the source.
- The ideal client profile: who the business serves best. If the user has not given one, ask for it in three or four lines before scoring. Do not invent one.
If the user wants to try the skill without their own data, use `examples/leads.csv` and `examples/ideal-client.md` (an invented UX studio called PixelForge) and say that it is sample data.
Step 1: set the criteria
Turn the ideal client profile into four or five criteria in two groups and show them before scoring.
- Fit: does this company look like the best clients? For example industry, size, stage, the problem they have.
- Readiness: are they likely to buy soon? For example a recent trigger such as new funding, a stated problem with a cost attached, a decision maker involved, a timeline.
Give each criterion a weight. Fit and readiness should count roughly equally unless the user says otherwise.
