Which two workflows should we pick?
Any two that are frequent, repetitive and take more time than they should. If you are unsure, we help you choose on the introduction call.
Should we start with the sprint or the fractional AI lead?
If you do not yet know where AI will pay off, start with the sprint. If you know what you want and need someone to make it happen, the fractional AI lead is the better fit.
Do you only advise, or do you build as well?
Both. If the plan calls for a custom agent, our AI Solutions team builds it. If a tool you can buy is the better answer, we say so.
How is it priced?
